Many of the meeting rooms and ballrooms at The Missouri Student Unions can be arranged in several different ways. See the Room Arrangement Chart below or ask a Guest Services Representative for information regarding specific room arrangements. If set-ups other than those listed in the Room Arrangement Chart are needed for your reservation, contact the Reservations Desk. A Guest Services Representative will work with you to find a setup that will meet your needs.

Make requests for specific room setups as early as possible and no later than two weeks prior to your event. Extra labor charges may be assessed if last minute changes are required. Seating will be limited to the capacity number for each room and availability of chairs.
