Credit Card vendors must follow all policies listed under the "Tables" policies, as well as the following:

• All credit card vendors must distribute an educational handout to each student upon application.
• Credit card vendors must visibly post the annual rate of interest.
• Any promotional "gifts," i.e. "free" items, offered as incentives for filling out an application, must be equally available to anyone, regardless of filling out an application. These include but are not limited to t-shirts, compact disc holders, water bottles, tote bags, phone cards, etc.
• The Unions reserves the right to deny use of tabling and Unions facilities to credit card vendors who compete with interests within the Missouri Student Unions (see policy)

These guidelines are not optional. Failure to comply will result in the immediate denial of vending privileges without a refund.
