Available to Sponsored Student Organizations (SSOs) or Mizzou departments.

General organizational ads are not permitted.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Design Your Banner

Size: 36” W × 122” H (includes bleed)

Format: PDF, EPS, AI, PSD or TIFF

Color: CMYK | Resolution: 100–300 dpi

Include all images and convert fonts to outlines.

Send proofs to unions@missouri.edu for review and approval.

2. Print & Submit

Once approved by unions staff, order and print through a Mizzou-approved print vendor.

Delivery: MU Student Center Information Desk

APPROVAL & DISPLAY

Must include sponsoring organization.

Must meet public display standards.

Installed and removed by unions staff.

One banner per group (additional by request).

Submit materials correctly the first time to avoid delays.
