Charitable organizations will be allowed to use available information tables for a fee.  The Unions reserves the right to deny use of tables and Unions facilities to charitable organizations who compete with interests within the Missouri Student Unions. (see policy) The Unions reserves the right to limit charitable organizations use of information tables.  

Charitable organizations are welcome to utilize meeting space in our facilities for a fee.

The Unions requires that there is a representative of the organization at the event at all times and that participants only occupy the space allocated. If any type of damage occurs during these events, organizations will be assessed a damage fee in accordance to the extent of the damage incurred. The Unions reserves the right to deny use of facilities if the event conflicts with University policy and/or any services offered within the facility.
