- Study and lounge space almost triple in size
- Meeting space will triple in size
- Student clubs and organizations space will triple in size
- Student government space will increase by almost 2x its current size
- Greek Life space will almost quadruple in size

- Campus activities space will double
How Will This Be Paid For?

Self-supporting campus departments including Campus Dining Services & Student Auxiliary Services will contribute almost half of the project’s cost—no tuition will be used.
An approved student activities fee of $35 per semester will help pay for the rest of the project.

How does the proposed fee compare?
Currently, students pay $22 to support the Memorial Student Union and Brady Student Commons. UM-Rolla students pay $112 a semester to support their new center and UM-St. Louis students pay $115 a semester for the student center. When the new activities fee goes into effect, students at Mizzou will be paying only $57.
